Fundamental Matwork - St Merryn
A 1hr mat class aimed at those with some understanding of Pilates and complete beginners.
Service Description
Strengthen, align and feel more mobile for the day ahead. With only a maximum of 10 in a class you will feel every exercise from Stacy's precise cueing and corrections. You will need to bring a mat. This class takes place in St Merryn Church Hall - parking is available

Cancellation Policy
You may reschedule your class/appointment online up to 24 hours before (IE if your appointment is at 9am Friday, you have up until 8.59am on the day before to cancel). In order to minimise risk to the business all appointments/classes are subject to a strict 24 hour policy. Classes cancelled within 24 hours, and no shows, are fully chargeable as if you attended the session. The studio is not responsible for your failure to attend a class. Clients are responsible for booking and managing their own classes/sessions via this booking system. Please note in the event of a local or national lockdown this appointment will move online via Zoom and no refunds will be given. We endeavour to keep class/session cancellations to a minimum, please note all classes and teachers may be subject to change/cancellation at any time. If you are not booked in to a class you will not receive a cancellation message. No refunds will be given.
